Attendance Policies

Dear People,

I'm looking for an attendance policy that works. In the process of implementing a policy for a client company, I am overwhelmed by the bookkeeping, notification and other procedures in their current policy.

Do you have a policy that works for you, is good for people and that actually - encourages attendance?
