February 23, 2001 801pm CST Well, I am in Manhattan right now. Since beginning the job search process, I have had a chance to reflect on those things I enjoy doing. I have realized that I really like sales and customer service, particularly in a retail environment. Selling computers is a lot of fun, because it gives one a chance to develop regular relationships with clients. I am not stuck in a cubicle doing a repetetive task, nor am I in a high stress, do-or-die position. I get to help people assess their needs and determine the best solutions to those needs. The goal of my position is not to make the sale, but to help the client determine what he or she needs. And I really like that.
