Joining the SpamBayes Fan ClubThis post (and this weblog) has a new home. After good reviews from InfoWorld, Jon Udell and a couple of the guys here, I decided to give SpamBayes a go. Other than a bug I reported (and which was fixed the same day by Mark Hammond), it's been almost flawless after a training session with 75,000 non-SPAM and 10,000 SPAM messages and the default 90% threshold. (I receive 150-200 SPAM per day, and current results are less than 5 false negatives and no false positives.) 9:35:38 AM |
