CiLite is a continuous integration tool for Java projects. It is simple to set up and use. It uses a short Groovy script and a Quartz scheduler to periodically invoke an ant target in your build.xml. The result of the Ant invocation is mailed using Ant's inherent mail logger. Install Groovy, point to an Ant target in your build.xml, define your mail.properties (using the sample project as a model), and you're finished. Continuous integration does not need to be prohibitively complicated.
