Orde in firing line over crime figures
The Chief Constable came under pressure today over low crime clearance rates for some of Northern Ireland's most heavily-populated districts.
In his first annual report as head of the PSNI, Hugh Orde revealed that less than 16% of crimes were being solved by police in some areas in the Greater Belfast region.
