Prison Officers Warn of New Crisis in Jails
Northern Ireland jails face a new crisis over massive staff cuts and chronic underfunding, union representatives warned yesterday.
Inmates are also being degraded by a growing policy of locking two in a cell, the Prison Officers' Association claimed.
