Microsoft are demoing ThreeDegrees http://www.threedegrees.com and though it is only for XP users (which severely limites is adoption with teens) it should be an interesting P2P application.  It does not seen to do much more than what Chat and Groove would do if you mashed them together, but its pretty cool.  It is certainly more of a work-group or should i say fun-group think.
