Xdrive Launches Video-Sharing Service Xdrive is and excellent tool - one that I began using back in 2000 - at the top of the "dot.com" boom - while I was a Product Manager for Compaq's SMB Product Line. Back then they offered free service for limited online storage - and captured revenue by charging for storage amount upgrades. The online storage company is trying to do for video what Shutterfly and Ofoto have done for photos--letting people share the memories. Nowadays, though, it charges for storage.
