One more entry on the Navy vs the Whales issue: You can fax your representative by going to this address: http://www.nrdcaction.org/index.asp?step=2&item=518 I suggest clicking the fax button directly under the body of the message, as sending by email is the default action, and emails are usually disregarded by state officials, especially when dealing with activism.
