Rose Seidler House in the northern suburb of Wahroonga is a local domestic architectural icon -- by famous and controversial local architect Harry Seidler. Each year in its grounds there is a 50s festival - bobbysoxers etc. The panorama is from inside the kitchen. It was extremely windy in Sydney yesterday -- bad enough at the festival but later it the day it became really bad - a mini civic disaster -- here a pic from this morning from my neighbourhood of a large section of roofing stuck in a tree.
