The Empathy Economy.
"Design thinking" can create rewarding experiences for consumers -- the
key to eanings growth and an edge that outsourcing can't beat [BusinessWeek Online -- Top News]
This along with the Wired News revenge of the right brained seems to
show the mainstream is picking up on what has been brewing for the last
two to three years. Solutions will be found in innovations and
creativity, not in trying to squeeze another drop of blood from the
cost or quality equation. Now, the next big surprise, they have
silenced or eliminated most of the people who can provide this and the
impostors are a sad, sad lot of fakers.
