Lots of the usual sucky techniques; non-standard fonts which fallback to Times New Roman, irrelevant animated GIFs, useless ugly buttons, ugly tiled background etc. The thing is, it's very tempting to forgive them for all that given the slogan at the top of the page: "If they don... I wanna see THAT talk at TechED! On another part of the Internet you can find these Flash movies that are pretty funny. Who's this "Sparkle" superhero? Hmmm.
