article about wingwomen.com - a place where you order women to accompany you to pick up other women
seems like the idea is that a man that is already with women (who are attractive) are attractive to additional women
Is that some kind of phycobiological stuff? Are we all still stuck in high school?
Sigh - is that what is really going on with adultery?

You Have a Rx for That Vibrator?.
Even Alabama admits that for some people, sexual aids are necessary to
have a fulfilling sexual experience. Yet it continues to defend its
laws prohibiting the marketing and sale of sex toys. What gives?
Commentary by Regina Lynn. [Wired News]
Alabama - got to love those backwards folks in spite of themselves since, uh, they don't seem much interested in self love.

Kansas Prosecutor Demands Files on Late-Term Abortion Patients.
Attorney General Phill Kline, a Republican, said that he needs the
information to prosecute criminal cases. By By JODI WILGOREN. [NYT > Health]
This is wrong in so many ways. Even if a woman was raped and
choose to have a late term abortion, she has the right to not accuse
her rapist. The state has no right to be looking into this on her
behalf and of all the people in the world, an underage girl who was
raped by a relative (most likely scenario) has been victimized enough
with that and traumatized enough by having to experience a late term
abortion. This guy is just looking for reasons to prosecute
abortionist. He needs to get a LITTLE bit more subtle.
And, don't they have enough crime accusation coming in the front door
in Kansas or don't they think they have any white collar criminals to
prosecute to keep them busy? If not, maybe the Kansasans could
use some of their tax dollars back in their pockets!

Poll: U.S. has conservative tack on innovation.
U.S. technology executives identify innovation as essential to
improving their competitiveness, yet their approach to innovation is
conservative, mainly focusing on existing products and services,
according to a study published Thursday by consulting company A.T.
Kearney Inc. [InfoWorld: Top News]
Reminds me of the conversation that Brad and I had about looking at the
quadrant of response where you have no people identifying as being part
of. Instead of looking at what you have and how to make that
better from a team perspective, it might make more sense to look at
what is missing, what that costs you or what opportunities exist there.

"Health" section of The Washington Post disturbed my consciousness
and complacency. The essay emphasized that for a number of patients effective
intervention (in addition to psychotherapy) involves a medication regimen that
targets some combination of the three main neurotransmitters that affect the
depressive mood state. The article likened the optimal functioning of Serotonin,
Dopamine and Norepinephrine as creating psychic harmony among "The Three
Tenors" – Lucianno Pavarotti, Placido Domingo and José Carreras. (I
recall a friend, years back, insisting that my "Shrink Rap" singing
– talk about an oxymoron – had dramatically improved on Prozac. ;-)
The functions of these psychopharmacological tenors: 1) Serotonin targets
anger and worry, 2) Dopamine stimulates initiative and pleasure and 3)
Norepinephrine primes energy and alertness.
