Brief: Oracle pays $8M to settle suit over training charges. Oracle has paid $8 million to settle charges that it fraudulently billed the federal government for training through its Oracle University training program. [Computerworld News]

These guys - - they act like they are taking a step in the right direction and then shoot themselves in the foot with crap like this.  How can you expose yourself at the 8MM level to a whistle-blower in an area like training costs?  Stupid I guess.
