Just random thoughts
It's that kind of day. I am in my office working on computers, trying to get in a lunch hour and answering phone calls about computer problems. 
There is a scooter rally this weekend. The boss has given me permission to buy a scooter. I think I will buy a Bajaj, similar to the one pictured above. I will be using it for commuting to work and recreational riding.
To us scooters are fun toys, seldom seen as practical. To the rest of the world they are family cars. Sometimes I think we are more than a little spoiled.
FIRE SEASON...The other day we had a rare night-time mid west like thunderstorm. It set many fires in the area. Fire season is here, another sign of the winding down of summer.
