The Peacemaker Universe
A global collaboration that respects and celebrates the multitude of human beliefs, cultures and histories, Peacemaker Community is an Internet of diversity, a complex and evolving network of faith-based human beings working for positive social change. Peacemaker Community works to bridge the divides that exist between people of all demographic, political and ideological perspectives. Retaining the Internet metaphor, Peacemaker Community is a world wide web of individuals, communities, networks, organizations, and institutions, linked together with information and communications technologies, invigorated and empowered with the Peacemaker vision, who are thinking globally and acting locally. With activities on four continents, Peacemaker Community today involves entities in fourteen countries.

Peacemaker Circle International arose and exists to support, nurture, empower and expand the diverse web of people and organizations committed to this interfaith collaboration. Peacemaker Circle International deploys innovative tools and methods (e.g. the unfolding paradigms and science of social networks) and the power and success we have found in them, but we enter each day with a sense of not-knowing, poised to adapt and harness the imperatives and opportunities of a fast-changing world. In the Internet metaphor, Peacemaker Circle International is the root server, the central communications, routing, feedback, and coordination center. A non-hierarchical organization committed to peer relationships with Peacemaker Community affiliates, Peacemaker Circle International is the global hub of the metaphorical Peacemaker universe.
