Maybe the Philippines are right?

The Arabs do not want infidels there…

The rest of the world, with UK and US, should take the hint from the Philippines and withdraw their forces right now.

It’s really not to lose face. It’s darn sensible.

The minute the foreign forces are out, Iraq will be an arena of more or less local tribe wars and widespread terror. Like it is now, only this time the fight is for power not against an invading force.

And like now the targets will be innocent people risking their lives to police this hells foreyard we call Iraq.

The situation:

The invasion is a fact, even though if existence is based on lies and false intelligence.

What to do?

There are always at least two things to do in any situation.

Either all foreign forces withdraw as soon as possible or, they stay.

If they leave, Iraq will be the roaming grounds for highwaymen and outlaws with and diffuse political agenda.

Either way the region will not be stabilized. This is a region where statesmen have little or no control over the local clergy and their followers.

Left to it self the region will soon become a breeding ground for world wide terror, and an area in which a terrorist can be fairly safe from his enemies. Remember what happened in Afghanistan during its Taliban era in the late nineties.

Is the fragile “peace” in the region like we see it today, worth all the lives of innocent hostages? In my mind; No! A human life is invaluable and inestimable! No man should decide if another human being should live or not.

So in order to introduce western philosophy into the world of Islam, there should be grafted tolerance. Tolerance for you fellow man is essential for the coexistence of the cultural diversity we find here on Earth.

We live on an insignificant speck in space and our future survival rest on our ability to live together in peace and progress as a single unity.

So do the Philippines handle this the right way? Yes, it’s their way, and we should respect that. We must respect that.

Withdrawal of the foreign forces in Iraq, will undoubtedly cause chaos to the area.

Not withdraw will prolong this agony, not stop it.

Why don’t we ask the Iraqis themselves?

Why haven’t the Iraqis been asked what they feel about their fatherlands future and how they want it to be?

I wonder why the Iraqis themselves do not act against this horrific terrorist attacks they have suffered under during the last year or so?
