When is murder not murder is murder? In Utah, a woman chose to not give birth by Caesarean section, and one of her twins died during birth, for which she was charged with murder.
Yet, perhaps wickedly ironically, in America today, if a woman had merely chosen to allow one of the twins to be manipulated by the doctors and born head first, whereupon the doctors stick a huge needle attached to a suction device into the baby's skull and suck the brains out, thereby killing the child, it's perfectly acceptable - and legal: partial birth abortion.
So, what's wrong with this picture?
And, who is really caring about - and protecting - whom?
