"North Korea's Foreign Ministry said on Wednesday that a non-aggression treaty demonstrating that the United States had made a "switchover in its hostile policy" was the only way to resolve the nuclear crisis. "It will be considered that the U.S. has practically given up its hostile policy toward the DPRK (North Korea) when a non-aggression treaty with legal binding is concluded and diplomatic relations are established between the DPRK and the U.S," said a ministry statement published by the North's official KCNA news agency."
