SOAP and HTTP is about loosely-coupled applications/components.

Reading the SOAP 1.1 note, I stopped at this example:

POST /StockQuote HTTP/1.1
Host: www.stockquoteserver.com
Content-Type: text/xml; charset="utf-8"
Content-Length: nnnn
SOAPAction: "Some-URI"

If this is so loosely coupled, why is the SOAPAction part of the HTTP Request :-)

Things that makes you go hmmm.

Evidence!!

I almost dropped my morning coffee on my laptop this morning. I monitor various java mailing lists and this morning a person wanted to know if there where any compilers out there, that "take java and convert to native solaris executables *including compliance with latest JDK (1.4)", because a customer of his, didn't want any evidence that a java application is running on his/her machine..."Well, isn't that special"! Why is the customer embarrassed of a java application running on his computer >:). This must be a case for Rick Ross, you know Rick "help me help you","I was in court fighting for you" Ross. Ridicules Ross as I prefer to call him...make no mistake here I like RR, he always makes my heart pump a little bit faster and it's got nothing todo with love.

The idea of taking IL code and compiling it to navtive code is available in .net and it even compiles to Lindows :-).

"Well, isn't that convenient"
