the CLR will run on Linux and Solaris one fine day, and why not, heck I would be jumping up and down in sheer joy. It just shows MS is taking Linux seriously. I would not be surprise if the mono project are secretly being funded by MS friendly people, as a matter of fact, I sure do hope so :-).
