Growing like a ... The squashes have taken off! Wonderfully large yellow blossoms and tiny baby zucchini, yellow crooked and button, and cucumbers are appearing.  Apparently good compost does help plants grow. My efforts are going to pay off.  Even the watermelons are starting to develop. The weather has warmed considerably here in Northern California and the plants are loving it. I haven't planted in okra but am tempted to even though it is later than it should be.  The 'maters are looking good too. 9:44:10 AM
