If your latest online business strategy includes copying and pasting "other people's articles" from some type of article aggregation site and then surrounding those articles with tons of ads in order to make a ton of money, here's a clue -- IT WON'T WORK.

The answer is simply this - duplicate content.  The search engines have been using duplicate content filters for years, and they get better each month.  If the SE spider sees the same article on your site that it has also seen on hundreds of other sites, guess what?  That article is assessed a duplicate content penalty and will never rank very well.  There goes all your dreams of big money just from copying and pasting.

The way to really work and profit from the latest "article frenzy" is to be the author of original articles that get blasted out to all of the wanna-be sites.  Each article will give you a nice backlink and drive some nice traffic to whatever you post in your resource box. 

Be an author, not a "copy and paster."
