Today on our walk we arrived at the Seattle Center fountain just as Beethoven's final movement of the 9th symphony was starting to play in concert with the fountain. At first the introduction lured the many children into the lightly spraying fountain, with screeches and howls as the music burst into the choral portion the fountain burst into magnificant display. Everyone was impressed and awed by the music and action as it continued. Then it was over, the fountain subsided and the children returned to touch the idle silver dome in trepidation.

We made it home OK, not as much traffic as I had anticipated and the speed was just fine. I always have some dread when heading north on I-5 on an evening that is around some special day, Mother's Day.

Ooops, Seattle lost one to Chicago.

Tomorrow I will be spending more time working on our codominium web site "The Alexandria". I'm slowly putting in information and will continue to update it as time passes.
