There are 146,000 American troops in Iraq today. When I went to Viet Nam, there were 50,000. When I left, there were 250,000 and more every day. After 15 years of occupation and many more troops, we left. Others helped the North Vietnamese to conquer the south. Viet Nam was a true revolution and unless monsterous tactics were used, that revelotion could not be overcome. Now we are in Iraq and many are calling for additional troops. It will be ten years before the Iraqis are able to rule themselves because of 30 years of Baath domination. Iran along with Syria is just waiting for us to leave and will support a moslem government forever. Then there is Afgahnastan, the Taliban is regrouping in the south. Have a good day. 6:34:43 PM
