If the article by Jimmy Breslin, commented on and pointed to by Dan Gilmore, doesn't make you furious to rid this country of our current White House Administration, nothing will. The Christian Fascists have to go. If you don't vote in the next election for ANYBODY but the Republicans, you may be next to be whisked away to a secret spot, to be secretly tried, and to be lost. Why, in this day and age of information are we writing about this fascist behavior? This is not South America, where death squads roam the night, this is not China with the Red Guard, this is not Iraq with the Baathist, this is not Afgahnistan with the Taliban, this is The United States of America where I have lived honorably for 60 years. Now, I am cautious and uneasy when I speak my mind. I awake in the morning more concerned about the US Government than I do about all the terrorist in the world. There should be an alert system for Federal abuses. Right now we are in a state of extremely hightened alert, RED. The Viceroy of Iraq, Lewie Bremmer, has just cancelled all elections in that fiefedom. It does't appear that the current group of condidates, who are scholars and religious clerics, fit into the Viceroy's plan. He has appointed military and police officers to administrate the districts. The same people who allowed Sadaam to function. So now in Iraq, religious zealots, and learned scholars are persona non grata. "Elections will be in about 6 months", as soon as the Viceroy can find enough rubber stamps. Iraq has not had an elected administration in 6000 years. Will 6 months make a difference?
