I have recommended a contractor that we use to another condominium association. The contractor requested that the other condo president call me for the recommendation. I did so and suggested that one of their board members get in touch with me. This evening the president of their association called me. After the small talk and recommendations, I brought up a subject that I have been thinking about for a long time. There just isn't a commons for condos to find out about knowledge that would make things easier. So I suggested the idea to the other condo president, he seemed interested. So I pointed him to my website that promotes my condo. Told him to email me with some ideas and any other person who would be interested and let's get the information online so that we can all profit. We got an idea germinated, now I just have to water it with more condo board members. Maybe even a blog.
