Over the past 10 years I have been on the Board of Directors of the Alexandria Homeowners Assocaition. Over the years I have looked for solutions to the many challenges that a condominium association encounters. I have searched the internet, talked to other condominium associations and property management companies to find information that will solve problems or answer questions about condominiums. Every month or so I have received calls from other condos or coops about contractor refferals, property management companies and board operation. It has been my experience that there is NO common store of information that a board could search to find the answer to many common questions or a place to find a list of contacts and their area of expertise to answer questions. Well, here is a start. I hope that we will be able to expand this Information Store to help all of the co-ops and condos in the Seattle area. 5:51:02 PM    comment [] trackback []
