Cell Phone Upgrade Got a call from Cingular about my request for a cell phone upgrade. The caller said that after looking at my service they decided that I could upgrade to the Motorola T725. Too late, I'm waiting for the T600i coming out in October or so. It's got the form factor I want and the picture feature. So much for that. Failure The fickle finger of intelligence is now pointing at the Clinton Administration once again. Lack of funding for arabic speaking CIA operatives is the claim.
