I-90 Sunset Interchange Ribbon Cutting   This picture of the ribbon cutting at the I-90 - Sunset I/C near Issaquah, Washington was taken with an Olympus 4040. I-90 is below the bridge running away from the viewer and the flyover bridge comes down form the area being developed by Port Blakley where Microsoft may be building a new campus. It is a panorama knited together by Gary Wall of WSDOT at our construction office. The Alaskan Way Viaduct Here is a well written article concerning the Alaskan Way Viaduct. I agree that it must go away. The cost to the community is too high to allow the continuation of traffic to pollute the surrounding population. When the vote comes up to fund this apparition, vote no. Don't believe the powers that be that a new Alaskan Way Viaduct will alleviate traffic slowdowns on I-5.
