LONDON Sept. 26---Rock Singer, Robert Palmer died Friday in Paris of a heart attack, his manager said. He was 54. Manager, Mick Carter, speaking from Paris, said that he had no further details immediately. Palmer was on a two day break in Paris following a TV recording session in Britain, Carter said.
