How many Wal-Mart employees are going to use this $89 billion dollars? While the Waltons keep hoarding their money and are now 5 of the richest people in the United States their employees still have to live on the taxes of others. This is the ultimate fleecing of America. If you shop at Wal-Mart you are cutting your own throat, your income, and your livelihood.

The White House pointed to other proposals in President Bush (news - web sites)'s 2004 budget request, such as $89 billion in health care tax credits to help those who do not have employer-based coverage, as ways to get more people covered.

At least Kaiser built hospitals for his workers.
