I was told by a friend of mine that you had written an entry on December 31st, regarding a cyclist that had been in an accident with a vehicle.
That was my boyfriend Wade. And I wanted to let you know that he is alive and slowly recovering. I left a comment on the entry itself.
I wanted to write to you mainly to thank you for your kind words and thoughts regarding this matter. It really was a shock to hear that the patrolman said that it was a fatality. And a huge relief to knwo that this isn't the case.

I'm also thankful that Wade is recovering. One cannot always depend on the traffic officer to give the correct description of an accident.
