Nobel Chemistry to Americans
This year s Nobel Prize in Chemistry has been awarded to two Americans: Peter Agre of Johns Hopkins University in Baltimore, Maryland and Roderick MacKinnon of the Rockefeller University in New York.
Nobel Monument in New York
Americans have won more Nobel Prizes than citizens of any other nation. On October 14th a monument will be inaugurated in New York to commemorate Alfred Nobel and honor all the American Nobel laureates.
DNA Link to Lindh Suspect?
Swedish police say the results of DNA tests carried out at a British laboratory strengthens their case against the man suspected of murdering Swedish Foreign Minister Anna Lindh.
