Wallström: US Companies' GMO Lie
Sweden's EU Commissioner Margot Wallström says American biotech companies tried to lie in an attempt to force genetically modified crops on Europe.
EU Proposal Unacceptable
Speaking before this week's European Union summit in Brussels, Swedish Prime Minister Göran Persson said Monday every EU country should have a commissioner, even if expansion means they won t always serve as long as they do today.
