ATI licenses 'dynamic logic' tech for faster, cheaper chips. Intrinsity's Fast 14 yields 'four times the performance per silicon dollar' [The Register]
I hope EETimes posts an article about this too. I used to love reading this type of article in Byte magazine back in the day. If ATI is persuing Dynamic Logic, then I would think IBM would be smart to follow suit for it's RISC architectures, thereby hammering Intel farther into the ground. 2Ghz at 1V is amazing, and should be expected I think in this day and age.
