Hiatus, sabbatical or too busy?

Not enough hours in the day.  Not even for my beloved photos.  New job.  New responsibility.  Lots of very sick people.   The kind you still worry about after being home a couple of hours.  The kind you surrepticiously check the whiteboard list of patients first thing to make sure they're still there.

I've been on holiday a few days and now feeling relaxed and human again.
