Diverticulitis Transverse Colon

This lady presented to the ER with RUQ pain.

She had all the work-up (US, HIDA) to R/O Cholecystitis which turned out negative.

CT was done after that which shows inflammation in the RUQ. This is involving the Trans-colon near the hepatic Flexure.

You can also notice some diverticulae in the area (first image).

An uncommon location for diverticulitis.
