2006 Fuglies : Vote Now!!!!

I loved the Fugly awards. These are the anti logie awards, and a lot more fun.

Like a national day of community protest it's again your chance to give it
to crap stars and shows in the official whinge about Aussie Television know
as the TV Fugly Awards.

There is just 1 day left to vote in the 2006 Fuglies!

So go vote online at
http://www.fugly.com.au

As well as the usual categories we've got some new ones that we created
to keep you interested in evil marketing kind of way...

- Australia's ALL TIME Most Overrated TV Show
- Australia's ALL TIME Most Overrated TV Star
- Reality TV show that you would never appear on
- Australia's Worst Show Biz Reporter
- Overseas Show you want to see on Australian TV

No Voting for Eddie in 2006
Great news for the entire Fuglies cause when Eddie McGuire became the CEO of
Channel 9 and that he's longer be on the box. Which is why he's no longer
eligible to win any of the awards. Nothing more for voters to do. Your job
here is done. Kudos!

Hello,

I hope you enjoyed Episode 3 of SBS?s breakout hit Nerds FC. Word is that

Guus Hiddink has asked to see tapes of the show: not sure whether he?s

doing some last minute talent-spotting or if he just wants a laugh ??

Anyway, are you still humming the Nerds FC anthem? A lot of people round

here are, in spite of themselves. It?s that kind of song.

Now, what the millions of viewers who watched that episode won?t know

(unless, like yourself, they?re wise enough to have joined the Nerds FC Fan

Club) is that:

- The boys recorded their anthem at 301 Studios in Sydney. Other people who

have recorded in those studios include Missy Higgins, Elton John,

Powderfinger and Silverchair.

- While waiting to be filmed, the boys were fooling around with a grand

piano that was in the audition studio and Phillip Lathourakis demonstrated

that he is an awesome piano player.

- Coach Andy Harper recorded a team song when he was a player with Sydney

City some years ago. So far, no-one has found out if there?s a clip that

went with it. If there was, Andy?s keeping very quiet about it!

There are heaps more secrets I can tell you nearer the time of each episode

so keep watching the show and I?ll be in touch shortly.

Yours in football,

Webster

Treasurer, NFC Fan Club
