Nerds FC continues to delight. It even has it's own entry in wikipedia I can't believe it's almost over. Who did you think looked the best after the transformation? As you saw, all the boys’ families were pleasantly surprised – some more so than others but a couple of other things you might not know from just watching the show: - Phillip – Also Known As `Mono’ was offered the chance to become `Duo’ by Suzanne the stylist as part of his makeover. She’d booked a session with a waxing lady to work on Phillip’s eyebrow but he said he was happy with it the way it was which Suzanne thought was fair enough….so he’s still Mono. - The boys attracted a lot of attention when they walked down the red carpet that had been put down for them in Sydney’s Circular Quay – there was much rubber-necking by members of the public who couldn’t work out whether they were movie stars, rock stars or what they were. - Customers can only stay in the ice bar Minus 5 for half an hour partly because the temperature is so intense and partly because there’s a queue of people waiting to go in. FOX Footy Channel Program Listings 23rd – 29th May 2006 NSW only
Big win last week to the Saints. But it's not all rosy yet. In Round 9, they will meet an underperforming Kangaroo team this week Crappy TV coverage for this game. Big delayed telecast.
