Nerds FC continues to delight. It even has it's own entry in wikipedia I can't believe it's almost over. Who did you think looked the best after the transformation? As you saw, all the boys’ families were pleasantly surprised – some more so than others but a couple of other things you might not know from just watching the show: - Phillip – Also Known As `Mono’ was offered the chance to become `Duo’ by Suzanne the stylist as part of his makeover. She’d booked a session with a waxing lady to work on Phillip’s eyebrow but he said he was happy with it the way it was which Suzanne thought was fair enough….so he’s still Mono. - The boys attracted a lot of attention when they walked down the red carpet that had been put down for them in Sydney’s Circular Quay – there was much rubber-necking by members of the public who couldn’t work out whether they were movie stars, rock stars or what they were. - Customers can only stay in the ice bar Minus 5 for half an hour partly because the temperature is so intense and partly because there’s a queue of people waiting to go in. Okay, the final whistle’s blowing on this week’s newsletter. There’s more to come however so stay on-side and I’ll be in touch.
