Tough talk on offshoring By Ed Frauenheim (CNET News.com, August 9, 2004) offers an interview with John McCarthy, author of the 2002 Forrester Research study that some say touched off the heated debate over "offshoring." This article, interesting in and of itself, also includes links to much of the fodder for the debate which followed McCarthy's orignal study.
