Expert Said to Tell Legislators He Was Pressed to Distort Some Evidence Per a report by the NY Times, one intelligence expert came forward  during closed door Congressional hearings to say that he felt pressured by the Bush administration to tailor his analysis to conform to administration views. It remains to be seen whether just one individual felt susceptible or widespread pressure produced a highly distorted and unrealisitic picture to convince the American public to support the war. 10:08:12 AM    comment []
