Here is an interesting link for users of Userland. Be careful, though, some of the fun little icons are links to stories you may not want to have on your blog. Userland Global Shortcuts.

Found something interesting today, userland global shortcuts. I always wondered how they got the little sidesmiley face to show up at the end of posts, if you type this

How about some free software. If you are in need of a office style suite of software, like Word, and Excel, but, don't want to spend the major bucks, then you may be interested in OpenOffice.

Click Here to goto the OpenOffice. It is completely free and offers a Word Processor, Spreadsheet, Draw and Presentation program.

I know it is ready for the Wintel machines, not sure if it is ready for the Mac OS X. Somebody give it a try and let me know. Also, is this answering the question, What Happened to WordStar?
