My vote for quote of the year "My favorite sports are football, baseball, golf and anything else that keeps other people off the river." From the 2005 St. Croix Rod catalog. The entire catalog gets my vote for best tackle catalog again this year.  I love a rod with attitude.  Guess that's why I fish a St. Croix more than anything else.
