From Kay to the Commission.. Posted here Sunday, February 08, 2004 at 9:52:28 AM     Why did Kay out when he did? Since he has pointed towards the Intelligence services rather than the White House, is the step Kay Commission and archastrated move to avoid an analysis of the Whitehouse role? If so, we have a deeper degree of coordination. I probably am wrong here, but wanted to raise the question. ********
