Terrorism as dominant issue. (unfortunately) Posted here Friday, March 19, 2004 at 4:48:32 PM     As of today, it looks posible that Madrid can have the impact of further uniting the world in a saner strategy in coping with causes and actualities of terrorism and simultaneously  isolating the US. The US may lose any acceptable sense of "leadership" in the struggle to define "terrorism" and put it behind us (there are always new issues..)   The alternative might be, some have suggested , a forty year "war" defined by our own belicosity. ********
