TODAY’S GRAFFITI CURRENCY Looking to ride the coattails of the wildly popular "State Quarters" program, the Treasury instituted the "State Dollars" program. Here we see Connecticut's design, celebrating its claim to fame as the birthplace of Grandpa Munster.
