Back from MVP Summit

Back in Toronto from Seattle. I just peeked outside -- looks like I brought the spring weather with me.

Anyway it was good to see some old friends MVPs and former MVPs. Scoble showed up at a lot of the events. He's a journalist at heart -- check out the new venture he is part of -- Channel9 -- a weblog/news channel by Microsoft people reporting on the human side of Microsoft. I managed to have extended conversations with Barb Bowman, Mark Ferguson, Bob Delaney. Patty LaBarge and shorter ones with Jonathan Kay, Greg and Dian Chapman, Connie Sullivan, Miles Overn and probably a host of others that don't pop out at me now.

Microsoft presented a whole bunch of stuff (most of which is covered by NDA so I can't talk about), Ballmer talked about the recent Microsoft/Sun hug and make up incident and a host of other topics. Generally it was 3 + packed days --  -- barely enough time to sleep.
