Whoever is in charge at Twitter really needs to knock some heads. Or maybe the person in charge needs to get head knocked. Last night the service apparently had "maintenance" -- today as predictable as clockwork the service is down for an extended period.
So what is the problem ?-- departure of the CTO hasn't solved the problem. Evan Williams claims that the base technology "Ruby on Rails" is not the problem and is there for the long term.
Maybe the problem is Evan Williams? Maybe Twitter has a severe case of "founderitis"?
(something technically wrong? -- I think the problem is deeper)
